Return & Refund Policy

We carefully check every product before dispatch. However, in rare cases of damage or defect, we offer returns and refunds under strict conditions.

Return & Refund Guidelines:

  • Return or refund requests must be raised within 24 hours of delivery.

  • Returns are accepted only if the product is broken, damaged, or defective.

  • A clear, continuous unboxing video is mandatory.

  • The video must clearly show:

    • Sealed parcel

    • Full opening process

    • Visible damage or defect

  • ⚠️ Without an unboxing video, no return or refund will be approved.

  • Returns are not accepted for:

    • Color variations due to screen or lighting

    • Change of mind or personal preference

    • Used, worn, or customer-damaged items

    • Requests made after 24 hours

  • Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 working days to the original payment method.
